With over 33 years of experience, Singh is a seasoned professional in the field of construction management and human resource development. A civil engineer from IIT Kanpur (1991), he has also completed a number of specialized courses in financial management, business administration and project management.
Having started his career as a Management Trainee at EIL in 1991, Singh has contributed significantly to the successful execution of various mega projects, both in India and abroad. His experience ranges from managing welfare for a workforce of more than 70,000 people, to HR functions for EIL employees and their families, and leading technology-driven initiatives such as AI-powered HSE management systems.
