NIC InvestCorp is a private entity facilitating investment along Expressways & Industrial Corridors. We are not affiliated or endorsed by National Industrial Corridor Development Corporation (NICDC) or any Industrial Development Authority or Corporation of any State or Central Government of India.
We are providing consultancy services to Industrial Units planning to relocate or extend along Industrial Corridors, Expressways & newly developed industrial cities.
About NIC Projects
Government of India is developing various industrial corridor projects along with dedicated freight corridors as part of the National Industrial Corridor Programme which is aimed at development of futuristic industrial cities in India which can compete with the existing & best manufacturing and investment destinations in the world. This will create employment opportunities and economic growth potential leading to overall socio-economic development of the regions.
The Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) company of Integrated Industrial Township (IITGNL)– Greater Noida will be the implementation agency for the Multi Modal Logistics Hub (MMLH) and Multi Modal Transport Hub (MMTH). The Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Limited (DFCCIL) has given ‘in principle’ approval for providing connectivity to the project site. The required 84% of the land is in possession of the State Government and the remaining land parcels are being acquired expeditiously for the proposed development. Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been executed with the Ministry of Railways for Multi Modal Transport Hub (MMTH) project.
